Also remember most of your leaders will be sponsored by someone that quits. So love everyone and believe in everyone because you just don’t know who they will lead you to. Don’t depend on a great products or compensation plan to hold your team together you need a plan that builds community. Please want to be a part of something. They want to belong. This strategy should contain steps that will allow a long period of time for the new member to become loyal to you and the team.
Make sure you have a good new distributor orientation program to get the new distributor acclimated to the company. But remember every activity you do must bring the team together. Community is key to a long lasting business. Use every training and orientation as a means to gather the team together.

Learning to bring the team together to show you all care for the individual, will assist you in the bonding process that brings a team together. The member will develop a genuine concern and a trust for each other. That trust will be the cornerstone to a large community and will be the foundation to retention in your network marketing business.
