Winning starts in the expecting.
If you talk to any pro athlete they all will talk about how many times they played the winning over and over in their mind. They expected to win. Along the way as you’re chasing your dreams you need to visualize the winning, but not just the winning down the road, also the small wins along the way. As we go through life whether it’s the pursuit of our spouse or the little league ball game you must expect to win.
Winning is a process of many little wins that get you to the bigger wins. Expecting to win when you’re out prospecting every day is what will build your team. Expecting to make your first sale of $1000 is what will get you to the $10,000 sale. Expecting to make a thousand dollars a month first then you will make ten thousand a month.
Expect to take the girl or guy out once the twice then ….
If you’re in the hunt of your dreams and goals you must put the dreams and goals in front of you daily. You can’t hit a target you cannot see. Every day I wake up I expect to change the world in a positive way. I wake up and thank the Lord for all he will use me for. I thank God for using me to serve and influence one person in a positive way. See I expect to win every day. At the end of the day I don’t always feel like I won, but I know it’s only one day and I thank the lord for the opportunity and ask to be blessed with a chance to do better tomorrow.
Do you expect to win?
Every day you must live life as if it could be your last. We don’t know what tomorrow will bring, all we know is, if you’re blessed with the opportunity to experience it you have but one chance to make it good you will never get it back.
In your quest for your dreams and goals remember the influence you have on others and leave them with an experience they will remember in a positive way. I had a conversation today with a man I have slightly known of for awhile, but never really got to know him. With only a few short encounters in the past 3 years I respected him, because of the way he left me feeling and the way he conducted himself every time I ran into him even on facebook. As I talk to him today he began to tell me how he respected me as a business man and a person. It made me feel good because that was the exact way he made me feel about him. See you never know when your paths will cross again or in what manner. It looks like we will be doing business together because of a mutual respect we both carried with us because of the way we conduct ourselves as we expect to win. I have met many people in my life that I would never do business with because of the way they leave a wake of destruction behind them as they are chasing their dreams and goals. Remember to leave a happy wake behind you and expect to win every day.
