How to share the Uncorked Wellness product and opportunity.

There is never a one size fits all in sharing Uncorked Wellness. Use these methods as a foundation that may change slightly as each person and situation will be different. But for the most part keep it simple and follow these steps and you will find success, but even better is your ability to duplicate your actions with others. You see most people you share Uncorked Wellness with will be asking themselves “Do I want to or can I do what he or she is doing” KISS (Keep It Simple Silly)

All your prospects will fall under one of two ways of sharing.

Either you lead with the product or the opportunity.

Leading with the product.

Give someone a sample of Uncorked to try. Set time to call them back. If you set the time to meet in person at the time of giving the sample it will cut down on time and save a step, but will not always be possible.

A) Phone call 2 days after sample was given.

Hello Jon. (Make small talk but keep it very short this is a business call don’t waste your time or theirs) Jon I’m calling about the sample of the Uncorked. I would like to share with you more about it when can we sit down for 15 to 20 minutes? (Notice I did not ask “what do you think” I want to schedule to show the plan.. If you ask what they think it could not be 100% positive and then you spend your time trying to explain also just because they did not think it’s good or did not like it does not mean they are not interested in the business, but if you ask “what they thought” you will be questioning the STP (show the plan) and may not try to set the appointment)

B) Go straight to the STP. Choose one of these options:

1) Jon I have something I need your opinion on…

2) Jon I have something to share with you…

3) Jon if I found something I thought could make us a lot of money would you want me to share it with you?

4) Are you open to other ways of making money?

Great let’s get together for 20 minutes. Set the date and time.

At the STP.

Make small talk but remember don’t waste their time or yours, get to the point. Don’t turn this into a 2 hour meeting only to find out they are not interested.

If you have a laptop, note pad or even a smart phone, bring it to the STP. If you don’t then make sure to print the power point. You can make a binder and put each page in a page protector and use it like a Uncorked Wellness flip chart.

If they have not tasted the Uncorked then give them some to taste while you’re sharing the presentation. If it’s too late in the day to let them taste it but tell them to save it until tomorrow.

All you need to do is open up http://uncorkedwellness.com/stlenterprises and click the green button. Watch the presentation together.

If you don’t have a way to show the presentation then just use the flip chart you made and just read it. Watch David’s presentation and notice how simple he keeps it. Keep it simple! You DO NOT need to explain every aspect of the product or the comp plan. Most people will say too much.

After the presentation

Ask if they are ready to get started? If no then ask if they have any questions. Remember you are looking for a want, need or desire. Then show them how Uncorked will fill that want, need or desire. If they are asking questions, that’s good. Talk about what they want out of an extra income. You will have more passion when talking about what you see in Uncorked.

VERY IMPORTANT.

If they want to think about it or you need to get back to them, you MUST set the follow-up appointment before you leave. It’s very important to set an appointment from an appointment. Use any local meetings as a follow up. Remember if you want them to show up to an event you PICK them up.

TIPS & TRICKS

1. Split bulk orders with your team to allow you to have stock on hand at a lower price. Place the order in the lowest position to generate volume from the bottom up.

2. Run reports on Fridays or at end of commission cycle - At end of commission cycle, run a Rank Advancement report to see if anyone is close to achieving the next rank. If yes, be proactive, give them a call, and offer them support. Work with them to get to the next rank. Then work your way upline letting everyone know that person is changing rank and help their upline to take advantage of it and change rank also. By working from the bottom up you can get one person to change rank and then use that to help many other people change rank. Create volume from the bottom up. While you’re in your virtual office, also check to see if there are any autoships that did not ship for any reason. If yes, give them a call and see if they would like your help to fix their order.

3. Sign people up on a paper application. If at all possible don’t tell people to go to your website and sign them self up. Get them on the phone or in person and you fill out the application for them or give it to them to fill out. When they start filling out the app. It’s time for you to STOP talking. People cannot fill out a form and listen to you talk. As soon as you start talking they will stop writing. If you feel you need to talk then you ask the questions and you enter the answers on the application.

4. The Sling – When you get a sign-up, don’t run and enter the application into the computer. Instead, call anyone you have introduced the product and/or business to and ask them if they’d like to get in first (before you enter your application) and start off with one person in their business. If they say “yes,” repeat this process (i.e. calls another prospect and inform them they can have 2 people under them if they decide today). I’ve had distributor’s sign-up 5-10 prospects in one week using this process.

5. Schedule a meeting from a meeting. Each time you meet with a prospect, a distributor for training, or conduct a home business review, try to schedule another meeting. If you accomplish this effectively, you will properly follow up with prospects, train new distributors. When doing a meeting place your planner on the table to remind you to set the next appointment

6. Three way calling – When you’re new in the business, feel free to use three way calling so that someone more experienced can help get your prospects to a First Look presentation.

There are four beliefs that must be developed to create a successful business. These beliefs are listed below from easiest to develop to hardest to develop.

1. Belief in the product –

Belief in your product is achieved through personal use and studying it. The benefits you get from your product will help you share it with passion. The more you use your products, the more you will have to share about your personal experience. Study the science, review the product information understand what makes your product and opportunity special

2 . Belief in your company –

Developing trust in the company leadership and their vision is a crucial element in your belief. Find out who the founders are. Develop a trust in them. Do your best to attend all sponsored events and participate on all the companies and your uplines conference calls. It is absolutely imperative that you make a commitment to attend your company convention. When this business goes from your head to your heart that’s when magic will start to begin and your company convention is where you will get that.

3. Belief in the industry –

Network marketing has created some of the largest wealth in the country. Notwithstanding, the industry remains tremendously misunderstood. Study the industry by reading trade publications (i.e: networkingtimes.com) and books about the industry:

4. Belief in yourself –

From struggling single mothers to corporate executives, there have been many network marketing success stories. Start developing belief in yourself by understanding and accepting that:

1. You will learn as you build. It is not possible to know everything before you start. This is “on the job” training – the greater your activity level, the more you will learn and build belief.

2. The “Law of Averages” says you must get “no’s” to get your “yes’s”. “No’s” are not directed at you personally and will not affect your success unless you allow it. Major league ball players strike out 7 of 10 times but get paid millions for the 3 they hit. Keep in mind you only need 3!!!

3. Investing in yourself is not an option. You must listen to audios, read books, and participate in the conference calls and events. Give yourself permission to learn & realize your first six months are a training period.

1. Write Great Content

You must write good blog content at least once a week or more. Write long and structured posts stuffed with lots of value. This requires you to do about an hour of research and brainstorming on the most popular trends in your niche that offers a solution. Find and answer a solution to people’s problems.

Write engaging, informing, and solution providing articles, your posts will be shared and liked by your readers and you’ll have more traffic to your MLM blog.

Don’t just give your opinion about a subject or topic give a solution. People are looking for solutions on how to better run their business.

Boost Your MLM Blog Traffic

Write how to articles. Many online network marketers want to know “how to” make sure their business remains a long term asset and not a short term fluke.

They don’t care why you chose your opportunity, why your comp plan is the greatest in MLM history, and why your product is a “no brainer” and that everybody should have one. Boost your MLM blog traffic by serving others.

You don’t need to write killer structures articles every day. Once or twice a week write a killer article, then fill in the week with other not so time consuming post. Then you link to each post linking them together.

2. Make a video about your blog post

Boost your MLM blog traffic using this strategy is over looked by many bloggers. Youtube is also owned by Google therefore it ranks very well.

You don’t need to make a long video and it does not even need to be good. The purpose is to put something with the same keyword on YouTube.

Many times I do a short video adding a tip and directing the viewer to click on the link and read my article. The key to ranking a Youtube video is in the description. Use the box under your video as a mini blog post with your keyword or keyword phrase in the description.

3. Promote Your Blog

Now that you wrote a killer blog post it’s now time to let the world know. Boost your MLM blog traffic by Syndication of your new blog post is as important as the writing of the blog post. They’re several ways to do this but don’t spam and become unattractive by bombarding everybody you know to check out your stuff ….and…. don’t beg either.

Here are some ideas:

• Ask people to share if they liked your article

• Post your article in Facebook, Google Plus and LinkedIn Groups that allow you to do so

• Post the link with a small synopsis on your Facebook, Google Plus and LinkedIn profiles

• Tweet your article

• Join free tribes and Twitterfeed for mass social syndication

• Post your article in various newsgroups

• Add your post to social bookmarks such as Delicious and Digg

• Convert you article into .pdf format (there are a ton of wp plugins that will do this) and submit into free document and ebook directories

• List in free blog search indexes like Blogarama, Blogdigger, and Fastbuzz

• Create a Feedburner account to syndicate your RSS feed

• Have an option for them to optin to your email list so you can bring them back to your new articles daily

• Contribute to forums… older and somewhat outdated strategy but will still bring visitors to your site

If you take an extra 30min a day and precisely execute the above strategies, expect to see a MASSIVE boost your MLM blog traffic.

If you want to win you must first start believing!

You must develop the Power Principle of belief.

You must believe in YOU!

You must believe in your product!

You must believe in your opportunity!

You must believe in your mission!

But most of all you must develop the Power Principle of believing in YOU.

I believe the number one thing that keeps people from winning is they lack the Power Principle believing in themselves.

In the network marketing industry I see many areas that hold people back from success. Belief is the #1 reason people don’t succeed in Network Marketing. When I’m counseling anyone about their business I have to ask

How many times are you sharing your product or opportunity a week or a month?

If the answer is not two to five times a week I need to find out what do they not believe in. What area are they missing the power principle belief? Beliefs that may hold you back from succeeding could be a lack of belief in many areas.

• Belief in the product.
• Belief in the company.
• Belief in the opportunity.
• Belief in the ability to make money.
• Belief in your upline.
• Belief in yourself.
• Belief in your ability.

All these areas can and will affect your passion for what you’re doing. You may be able to fake many areas of business but if you lack the power principle of belief it will stop you from succeeding more than anything.

Everyone would love to be successful and love to succeed but wanting it is not good enough. You must fight for it.

Life will give you what you fight for!

If you’re at the stage right now in your life where you’ve been let down by two or three companies or you have worked hard at two or three businesses without any success. You are frustrated and unhappy; maybe you feel like a total failure, there’s still hope for you.

If you wanted it bad enough you can still change and become everything you want to become. To do that you’ve got to get the power principle into your mind. You are not done yet. God planted the seed into your heart are your gut. God would not plant that seed without the means to grow that seed and have it blossom into the success you desire. But you have got to fight for it. 

Power Principle #1: You’ve got to demand success!

The world is not going to give you anything you don’t fight for. How bad do you want it. No one’s going to come along and just give it to you. People may come along and knock you down but that’s about it. Many times someone will hand you an amazing opportunity but you still have to make that opportunity work for you. Building the power principle of demanding success for you is the key to winning.

Power Principle #2: You have to learn to DREAM!

Many times in life we get so beat up that we find it hard to dream. When people told me to dream or ask if I had dreams, “are you kidding me yes I have dreams but their called nightmares”. You must stop telling yourself you can’t accomplish what you want. You must build on the childlike ability to dream. If you knew you could not fail what could you accomplish? Two thirds of the battle is in your mind. Many times your worst enemy is in the 6 inches between your ears.

Power Principle #3 You’ve got to compete!

Competing fuels your desire to success. Competing gives you the fight needed to win. Many times the last time we as adults competed were in high school sports. To win in business you must put on your boxing gloves and fight for what you want. That does not mean you have to knock out your competition. You must win in business not by putting your competitors out of business rather by using your competitors as fuel and out working them. If you don’t have any competition you will not strive for greatness. You will settle for mediocrity. You’ve got to see yourself winning. Thick of it this way, when your resting or taking time off there’s someone out there (your competitor) that is out working you. When you don’t want to make that call or you’re too scared to make that call your competitor is fighting through that fear and making the calls. You must fight for the Power Principle of competing.

Power Principle #4: You must change!

What got you here will not get you there!

It’s not to late too change. Where ever you are in life, it’s not to late too build a passion for winning. It’s never too late to ask for out of life than what you have now. It’s not too late for you to become somebody. Your never to beat-up to achieve greatness. All you have to do is start believing in the Power Principle of believing in yourself and your God-given potential. YOU CAN DO IT!

Power Principle #5: You’ve got to believe!

The most important power principle is you must believe in yourself. You must believe you can win. You must believe you are worthy of winning. You must believe God loves you and will fight with you. You must believe you have value to others. You must believe you can dream again. You must believe it’s not too late. You must believe you’re not too old, to young, to this or to that. You must believe it does not matter where you were born or how much school you have or don’t have. You must believe talent is over rated. You must believe you have what it takes. The power principle of belief is your best friend or your worst enemy. You choose what it will be. No one else can choose for you.

Develop the Power Principle off success and start believing and dreaming again and do something special. I believe in YOU and God believes in YOU.

Take a moment and really think about the physical conditions they endured – months and month at sea in a leaky ship. With limited food and water. And for months going without seeing and land at all. I have met a lot of people and to be quite honest with you I was not looking to join another health and wellness network marketing company. But for some reason I was drown to at least meet the owners. My wife and I drove up to Redding California to meet with Ron Holloway and David Harris. After spending 4 hours with them they invited us over to Ron’s house for dinner. You can learn a lot about a persons character when braking bread together. We fell in love with them and on the long drive home when knew they were going to do something special. After a lot or prayer we decided that Uncorked was our next adventure.

DMO; Daily Method of Operation

I remember many times on my journey to success (i’m still on that journey) when I did not want to complete my DMO, but every time I pushed and forced myself to do what I did not want to do. I always felt better about myself and many times that activity was life changing.

The more you allow yourself to quit of your goals and your daily method of operation the easier it gets to quit next time you don’t feel like it.

Success is a habit not a guaranty

Set your DMO in stone and commit to accomplishing it every day no matter what and success will grow nearer with every day.  You will fail sometimes, but get up brush yourself off and commit to be better tomorrow.

Success is the sum of small activities done over and over.
